I've had this for almost 4 years now on my table and clients love it. Never have had any issues. The temperature on the half of the mat that is closest to the plug in is definitely warmer than the other half but I think that is probably normal/hard to rectify. I sometimes put an additional heating pad at the top of my table for those who love the heat!
Again with this face cushion, I thought I would elevate my table but I prefer the $55 Earthlite cushion over this. This one is has a smaller surface area and isn't as plush, leaving marks on clients faces and it's harder to get comfortable on it.
I thought I would elevate my table with this more expensive cradle but I prefer the cheaper Earthlite Flex-Rest Headrest Platform. This cradle doesn't lift as high for people that need that support and the individual risers don't seem to make any difference for pressure relief.
Great little clavicle/cervical pillow but after a few years, mine has started to crack and need replacing
