Guarantee

All Relaxus Online Products Carry a 1 year Guarantee unless otherwise indicated. 

Returns

Return Authorization (RA) Number required for all Returns which must be clearly visible on the Return Box. 
  • Goods can be returned for a Full Refund or Exchange within 7 business days
  • After 7 business days a 15% restocking fee applies
  • No returns or exchanges after 30 days
  • Goods must be in resalable condition
  • Seal-Broken oils, creams, lotions or gels cannot be returned
  • For Hygienic Reasons some products cannot be returned
Please email returns@relaxusonline.com with a detailed list of item or items being returned.  C.O.D shipments and packages without an RA Number will be not be processed.
