What is the BodyCushion?
The bodyCushion is a high-tech, high-quality body positioning system that allows a person to
lie face-down, face-up, or on their side without unnecessary pressure on soft tissue areas.
The bodyCushion is adjustable to allow an extensive range of body types maximum support
and comfort. By placing support on the bony structures of the body the clavicles, ribs,
sternum and pelvis, the bodyCushion is unmatched for overall comfort.
Why should I use the BodyCushion?
Is your body naturally flat? Of course not. Then why should you expect comfort from a flat
surface? Tests have proven that back muscles actually tighten up when lying face-down on a
flat surface! The contoured design of the bodyCushion was created for maximum comfort and
ultimate relaxation. Think of all the external and internal stress your body contends with every
day for you -- working, playing, living!
How do I clean the BodyCushion?
The bodyCushion should be covered with a sheet, towel, or bodyCushion Covers to prevent
contact with skin, oil, or lotion. If the vinyl does come in contact with skin, oil, or lotion, clean
after use with a solution of mild soap and water, then dry with a soft, lint-free cloth or towel.
Accumulation of oil or lotion, over time, will form a hard "lacquer" that will cause the vinyl to
crack.
For stubborn dirt or stains, use a non toxic cleaner, then rinse with fresh water and dry
with a clean cloth. Sanitize the bodyCushion vinyl and face support base, use any germicidal
solution that is approved for use on vinyl and plastic. Do not use Armor All, baby wipes,
alcohol or bleach.
